If you really think that all these bugs are in because the devs just don't care then you really fail to understand how the game industry works. Almost all the bugs here can be listed into one of five categories.

• Aren't big enough of a deal to put time into • Not common enough and thus not having enough info for devs to reliably reproduce. (Note how literally one of these have any proof, or repeatable steps. You can't reasonably expect a dev to sit down and meticously recreate each one of these without data) • Obviously require more work than can be expected to be fixed in a short amount of time • Some of these have already been addressed • Some of these aren't even bugs.
